You will not need to speak. You can ask me questions in the ‘chat’ box.

The live calls are the best way for me to answer your questions. It also great to get together with other course members and encourage each other.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
I'm busy, but I'm interested, will I have access AFTER the 28 days?
- Yes!
- Once you are registered for this round you will receive *2 MONTHS BONUS ACCESS* to the course
- You will automatically continue to have access to all of the content until 8th September
- This gives you plenty of time to put everything into practice so you can develop the courage, confidence and self-compassion to achieve your personal goals and growth that you deserve!
- This additional time gives you the flexibility – without the pressure – to work through all the content when you want to
- You will have your own personal login details to access the Coaching Hub
- This means you will also be able to go at and track your own pace
- You can access the content on the Coaching Hub from anywhere and at any time
Do I really need this right now?
- I guess at some level you think you would benefit from it, because you’re reading this.
- We all need an extra level of encouragement
- This programme enables you to continue to support yourself – you will never unlearn the insights you’ll have about yourself, and that’s the beauty of personal development
I'm a coach / therapist, can I book on to this?
We all need someone else to coach and guide us, as I do too.
This could be a useful reminder of some things you might already know, and there will be lots of techniques that will be new to you.
What's the minimum age for this event?
What's the refund policy?
If you’re uncertain about joining because you don’t think you’re going to benefit from it, perhaps this programme is not the right one for you at the moment.
Personal growth takes a certain level of commitment. To help you feel encouraged we have the supportive Facebook group (many have been through the earlier versions of this course and quite a few have done it more than once!).
Personally I absolutely love delivering the TWO live group calls, at the beginning and the end of the course, to offer clarity and support.
Wasn't this free?
Over the last five years it’s grown and developed, and I’ve added so much more content that is even more powerful at helping you get the results you need.
There is a payment plan option for those who would like that.
Will you ever be ready to invest in yourself? Only you can decide.
If you are not ready to invest in your personal development right now, you can head over to my blog page to find tips on a whole variety of themes and follow me on socials @JessBakerPsych – I look forward to connecting with you!

Hello! I’m Jess Baker
I’m a Chartered Business Psychologist (BSc, MSc, CPsychol, AFBPsS, CPBP), an award-winning coach, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an author.
I’ve just written a book called The Super-Helper Syndrome: A Survival Guide for Compassionate People will be available for pre-order (TBC) and in hardback in September 29th. It’s about, and for, people who help others to the detriment of their own wellbeing. There’s usually one in every family. Perhaps it’s you?
In 2004 I swapped a clinical career in the NHS for the corporate world, and have spent 18 years delivering leadership development programmes for local and global corporate clients, speaking on stage and radio, and working 1:1 with coaching clients.
I’ve also had a raging Inner Critic my whole life – more about her later – and during the past seven years, I’ve applied my specialist training to my own life. I’ve discovered and created a range of tools and techniques that help people to disempower their Inner Critic, boost their self-worth, and encourage them to believe in themselves. Sound cheesy? I hope not.
Have you experienced the Imposter Syndrome? Have you ever sabotaged your own goals? Me too! My clients say they enjoy working with me because I can understand how they feel.
You can hear me being interviewed on BBC radio and podcasts, watch me on BBC News, or read articles in the Telegraph, Boots Health & Beauty Magazine, Women’s Health, Very, Red, Wired UK, HR Zone, and Natwest Women.
I also regularly deliver online webinars to over 10,000 global attendees, and in-person workshops to smaller groups.
As part of my ongoing volunteer work, I deliver wellbeing seminars to national charities to help them support their staff, volunteers and members. Until recently I held the position of Trustee with BelEve UK, a charity helping develop online and interactive leadership programmes that empower girls aged 8-18 in schools and communities in SE London, where I’m originally from. And prior to that I volunteered for SmartWorks as an Interview Coach for six years.
You could say that trying to help others in my nature. And that’s why I designed this course.
